The documentation specialist’s primary objectives will be to develop and write execution instructions, “how to” manuals, FAQs and SOPs to help users understand business processes that will be performed by Operations individuals to support new and existing business. The role will require analysis of business processes, requirements and study of new applications to translate this information into the required documentation. Position requires great attention to detail, with excellent oral, and written communication skills. The documentation specialist will leverage existing documentation templates and will work in collaboration with Client subject matter experts to document core business process and operational steps necessary to ensure a repeatable and sustainable process for execution.
