We help everyone from startups to medium- and large-sized businesses provision their Development teams with software developers, DevOps engineers, Product Managers, QA engineers, sales and marketing managers. If technology is the engine that powers the Israeli economy, we provide the fuel that allows that engine to run.

Miriam SchwartzI fell into this line of work by accident, when I successfully connected a business that was hiring with a candidate, and discovered that this is my passion. I get so much personal satisfaction when I can connect quality candidates with terrific companies that are in need of top-notch talent. Over the last ten years, I’ve had the privilege to help numerous job seekers with great companies and opportunities. With an MA in psychology, I am in the unique position of understanding both candidates strengths and companies' business needs. I am eager to roll up my sleeves and get to work making excellent placements.
I value the relationships I’ve built with the people behind the tech companies and enjoy the opportunity to help people at all stages of their careers. I’ve placed recent graduates, middle-aged adults who are unexpectedly job hunting, and older individuals looking for that last job before retirement. Each of them face a different challenge as they look for their next position, but they are all trying to find their place in the workforce.
