Job Description:
Skilled and detail-oriented bookkeeper to maintain our financial records and prepare monthly financial reports. You will work with the head of accounting, CFO, as well as the accounting departments across the firm to ensure the financial records are updated timely and accurately, record journal entries for monthly expenses, review expenses, and prepare invoices. You will be rewarded with the opportunity to take on additional responsibility and grow with the firm.
Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage daily bookkeeping operations and recording day to day financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash management, and bank reconciliations.
• Review and record credit card transactions
• Perform the month-end close process
• Review invoices received from vendors for accuracy and prepare payments to be made
• Prepare invoices to send to related entities for reimbursement payments
• Daily and monthly quality assurance checks are performed on information received
• Help improve the efficiency and timeliness of the tasks listed above

Qualifications:

• BS degree in accounting or other relevant finance-related field
• 2+ years of bookkeeping experience
• Detail oriented and able to work within deadlines
• Team player
• Preparation and analysis of financial statements is a plus
• Knowledge of QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
• Native level English required, Hebrew beneficial but not required
