Marketing Manager

Company is seeking a full time marketing manager to work from our Beit Shemesh Team UP office overseeing all aspects of digital marketing campaigns for our clients. This includes marketing strategy, project management, optimization, reporting as well as effective use of numerous marketing platforms for our clients looking to reach customers and donors. The marketing manager is also responsible for maintaining and cultivating our existing client base to ensure our clients are completely satisfied with our advertising and marketing campaigns. 

EVERYTHING Email
EVERYTHING Facebook (minus ad management)

Email Marketing and Management, including but not limited to:

• Email calendar creation and management (editorial + tracking and execution of client deliverables)  
• Email creation and execution A to Z (weekly, daily, bonus emails, client emails etc...)
• Institute best practices for strategy, growth, open rates ctrs, site traffic etc...  A/B testing, list segmentation, etc...
• Community management

Facebook Marketing and Management, including but not limited to:

• Facebook calendar creation and management (editorial + tracking and execution of client deliverables)  
• Post creation and execution A to Z, 2 p/day Sunday - Friday, 1 Motzei Shabbos, plus bonus posts as needed
• Institute best practices for strategy, growth, increased impressions, engagement and site traffic
• Community management

Analytics / Reporting

• Draft a weekly 1-page report with Email, Facebook, Analytics including site traffic
• 1 weekly editorial meeting to review editorial, email and social strategy, content and analytics.
