Reporting directly to the Quality Assurance Manager, the Technical Support Representative will be responsible for handling technical customer service issues, being a bridge between Customer Service, R&D, and Product teams.

Responsibilities:

• Researching customer service issues and translating them into QA bugs
• Own customer issues from end to end
• Analyze technical issues and forward them to the relevant staff and follow the progress until resolution
• Develop and review content for RapNet’s knowledge base
• Resolve complex technical issues through research, log analysis, issue reproduction, and advanced troubleshooting
• Read and understand Java Script API testing tools (Postman)
• Web and mobile testing (QA)

Requirements:

• English mother-tongue, High-Level Hebrew
• Basic programming (C#, .NET, node.js)
• 2+ years of experience as a Technical Customer Support Representative or Tier 2 Support
• Experience with Chrome Developer Tools
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to search logs
• Experience with relational databases like Postgres, MS SQL, and writing SQL queries
• Highly analytical
• Extremely high level of verbal and written communication – with the ability to explain complex issues for a variety of audiences including internal teams and stakeholders
