Visual Content Designer – Social Media

Job Description
As a Marcom designer, you’ll work on a wide range of exciting design projects: from visual social media posts that have everyone asking “how did they do that?!” to creating Youtube videos that keep racking up comments.
If you post Insta Stories before you brush your teeth in the morning to your eagerly awaiting followers – you’re the one for us!
As part of a team that combines data-driven thinking with a creative, out-of-the-box approach (matching our innovative mobile apps!) you’ll be responsible for constantly creating awesome social media content on a schedule. You’ll also have new, unexpected projects that pop up constantly with demanding deadlines to keep you on your toes.
Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and design creative, engaging content for all of our social media followers for a variety of apps (ex: Photofox, Pixaloop, Facetune, Swish) according to brand guidelines. This includes images and videos for Instagram, Instagram Stories, Snapchat, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest and more!
• Prepare visual assets (tutorials, banners, posts, stories, photos, videos, GIFs) needed for the Marcom team.
• Maximize engagement! Understand our users, their interests and what kind of content makes them react. Try & test new ideas to reach as many people as possible, and adjust your designs accordingly.
• Research & become an expert in visual design trends, pop culture, photography, and whatever is currently breaking the internet.
• Ensure that all product marketing materials that are released are top quality, whether on social media, for the press, for our blogs, or more.

Requirements

• Exceptional online portfolio.
• Strong fundamentals in design, motion, typography, colour and strong attention to details.
• Affinity for consistency, composition, colour use and a keen eye for subtle details.
• Highly proficient in Photoshop, After Effects & Premiere. Familiarity with Illustrator & Sketch – a must!
• OBSESSED with Instagram, Instagram stories, and general social media.
• Not afraid of working based on data – testing the engagement of what content works and what doesn’t.
• Familiarity with visual trends in photography, design, social media, pop culture & slang.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Media Arts, Visual Communication.
• Self-starter, self-motivated, ability to work independently.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills, both in Hebrew & English.
